Welcome to PawFaction. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

PawFaction is an online store offering custom and print‑on‑demand apparel and accessories. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you agree that:

All information provided is accurate
You have permission to use the payment method
You understand that items are made to order

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this time, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Production & Fulfilment

All products are made to order through our trusted production partners. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before shipping.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary by region:

United States: 4–7 business days
United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
Europe: 5–8 business days
Worldwide: 7–15 business days

Delays caused by customs, holidays, or local postal services are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered
Wrong colour ordered
Change of mind

Please check size charts before ordering.

We do replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.

8. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot refund or replace the order. Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content on PawFaction are the property of PawFaction and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
